HP Officejet 4200 Series all-in-one won't install: No "Administrator Rights"?

I attempted to install my HP Officejet 4200 Series all-in-one on my Windows 7 laptop, and all goes well until it comes to the screen that says I can't install it because I don't have administrator privileges.  However, I *do* have administrator privileges, and I even went so far as to use the command prompt to re-assign administrator privileges from the user menu when the computer first turns on, but that still doesn't work.  Is it a compatibility problem, even if I checked the compatibility site and it said it was compatible?  Is there another driver I should install from HP or something?  I'm about to rip my hair out!

Right click on the HP exe file and select Run As Administrator.  You can check you have the latest software by looking at: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os=4062&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=3560280
