Help me do a password reset on my Seagate Central Cloud hard disk

Can anyone help me do a password reset on my Seagate Central Cloud  hard disk please.

It won't accept the password I gave it on set up & because I was not signed in on my password it won't work properly because it has not assigned any drivers to that part of the drive because I wasn't signed in (only the public drive) Hope this makes sense.

Check the Seagate website for information.

In the Forum subject line, type a brief description of your problem or question. For example: "my screen is black" or "I cannot print to my XYZ printer."
