Graphic Tablet not detected.
Nevertheless, as I said, the tablet IS receiving power. I tried plugging it into another PC, also running windows 7, and the same thing happened. The cable chord is non-removable, so I can't switch it. Tried using an adapter and it didn't work either.
Plugged other things in and they did work, so the port is not the problem either. Also, reinstalled drivers and it did not help.
Moving the cable around won't do anything either.

Since the device is not working even after trying on different PC’s. It seems to be issue with tablet cable connector or tablet itself. I would suggest you to contact Genius support site for better assistance. Check this link:
