Hi landscriber,

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Community!

I understand that you are unable to print and you receive error code 5200. I will try to help you resolve the issue.

1. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

 2. Do you get an error number 5200 while installing the drivers?

Method 1:

Open the Printer troubleshooter

 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Open-the-Printer-troubleshooter

Method 2:

This error is that your waste ink is full.

Reset the printer. Press the reset button and hold it while it's off. Then, turn it on and press the reset button twice.

This will bring it into maintenance mode. Here you can reset your waste ink pad. just follow the instructions and then press the reset button 4 times. Turn your printer on and off again and see if it helps.

Note:  For more help on method 2 check the printer documentation for the steps or contact manufacturer.

Let us know the status of the issue. I will be glad to provide you with the additional options available that you can utilize to get the issue resolved.
