Error: Bluetooth peripheral device driver not found

Hello,

 

When I try to connect my Bluetooth device to my Windows 7 PC, I get the error "Bluetooth peripheral device driver not found". I’m not sure what to do here, Can someone help?

Hello LD,

 

This usually means that the Bluetooth device driver is not installed or it’s out of date or even not compatible with Windows 7. You need to install the latest device driver or if the device is a Windows mobile device you can install the Windows Mobile Device Center to fix the issue.
