It is not a driver.  It is part of the CPU without which you cannot upgrade to win 10.  If you are getting that error message it means your cpu does not support NX and that means you cannot upgrade to win 10

Your processor (CPU) must support the following extensions: SSE2, NX, PAE

Adalberto,

Please do not give up immediately.  The link that ZigZag gave you to What are PAE, NX, and SSE2 - Windows 8.1 Help also states that NX might simply be turned off in your BIOS so checking that is essential.

In order to help other users, please would you say which upgrade compatibility checkers you ran before attempting the Windows 10 upgrade.

Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor - Download[This can run on WinXP]

Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant - download[This can run on WinXP]

Windows 10 upgrade checker [GWX]  [This cannot run in WinXP so it can only be used on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 & is normally downloaded automatically anyway]

The Windows 7 checker knows nothing of the SSE2, NX, PAE requirement but both the Windows 8.1 & Windows 10 checkers are supposed to be able to check this aspect of compatibility.
