Since you ask, they don't need updating. I strongly recommend that you
avoid updating any driver unless you know it is giving you problems,
or the new one has some feature that you need or crave. To update it
if you don't need to is just looking for trouble. As has often been

Your system may need drivers updated when something stops working the way it should or when it stops working altogether. Unless you have a problem, don't fix something that is not broken. Some driver updates may be released to cover very specific situations that have nothing to do with your system's configuration.

Similarly, BIOS updates should only be applied when necessary; not just because they are new. An inexperienced user has about as much chance of turning their computer into a brick as correctly installing a BIOS update and an experienced user is not that far above that ratio.
