Was it working fine ever before? If yes, did you make any significant hardware or software changes to the computer prior to this issue?
What is the exact error message that you get, when you say, "messege show pnp device problam"?
I understand that you are unable to use your USB devices as your system does not detect them. To troubleshoot this issue, I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if the issue is reproduced.
Method 1: Try to run the Fixit tool from the link below.
Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking
Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under
System, clicking Device Manager. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
In the list of hardware categories, find and expand
Universal Serial Bus controllers.
Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click
Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
Restart the computer, and let the USB controllers get reinstalled.
Plug in the removable USB device, and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.
