Cannot add network printer and driver for Brother HL-1850 on Windows 7-64 from XP Pro

I have a small network with some XP and one win 7-64.  I can see the whole network from the 7-64 but cannot add the printer to the system.

1.  I search the network  and find the printer.
2.  7-64 searches for a driver and cannot find one then gives the error error 0x00004005.

This is a brand new Dell system only a couple hours old.

I also have a laptop with 7-32 which connects to the network via wireless and had no problem installing this printer.  Is this a 64 bit issue?

When I search the microsoft website it states this printer is compatible with 7-64.
