Autoplay not working in Window 7 Professional (64-bit)

Autoplay not working.  After searching the forums have taken the following steps, all with the results being the same.

Autoplay Panel:

1) Reset to default, closed panel and recycled the machine.

2)Set each desired option for the appropriate program(s) and recycled machine.

Regedit:

1) Exported registry as backup.

2) Adjusted HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/services/cdrom/AutoRun -- to a value of (1).  Exited regedit and recycled machine. Note: The item listed below Autorun (AutoRunAlwaysDisable) contains a list of devices. Since several of the devices listed are the brand name of my BD-ROM DVD/CD Writer, could this be the cause of the problem?  If so, how do I modify the list so that Autoplay will function?
