Any methods on fixing my bluetooth adapter?

I have an acer aspire v3 731g and it had windows 8 on it but then i switched to windows 7. After installing all the drivers it was working just fine but with the bluetooth adapter i ran into an issue. I installed the zip file from the acer website. What happens is that i update the adapter in device management and it works just fine. I can add devices through bluetooth and use them but when i shut down my computer and reboot it the adapter stops working and in the properties window for the adapter in device management i get a "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" message. I re installed the drivers and updated the driver with the files acer had on the site. Can anyone help me with this issue?
