Print items hungup in the print queue

Original title: Printering

Can someone tell me what the following means? I have McAfee security in my firewall under program name it says

(Printer Communication System )  the file name is ( lxdncoms.exe )  under permissions it is (Outbound-Only Access) I`m asking this because I am having a problem printing, some items I try to print ,get hung up in the Queue and I have to cancel everything and reboot to get back to normal.



PS: By the way my Printer is a HP Officejet 6500

It sounds like some components of the Lexmark printer are still present on the computer. We recommend you to completely remove these components and check the result. To do this, try these steps.

Step 2: Run Microsoft printer diagnostic tool to find and fix the current issue
a. See Printing problems and printing errors
b. Click "Run now" button and run the tool successfully.
c. Once the tool is run, restart the computer and check the result.
