Question

Q: 1- ati graphic driver needs enabled or updated__2- microsoft.net framework version 2.0 needs downloaded

Just downloaded Windows 7. Went in to driver and checked it manually for updates, it says it's up to date. The driver is ATI RAdeon 3100 Graphics.
Tried to download microsoft.net framwork version 2.0 redestributable package (64) but it says it's already installed

Are you downloading the complete Catalyst Control Manager from www.ati.amd.com?
