Question

Q: Blue Screen - Memory_Management Error This thread is locked from future replies

original title: I just had a crash blue screen first time after months when bought my new pc with the windows 7: Edit: Ran diagnostic tool of windows and found memory problem:

The blue screen was for few seconds so i couldnt watch it all.

But i saw something on the top say Memory_Manage or Managment.

Then the pc just restarted and now its working but how can i tell what it was?!

I just found a file xml file kept the info about the error:

Locale Id: 1037

OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3

I have xml file wich contain more info about the error created by windows but i cant paste it here since its over the chars limit.

--------------------

After diagnostic ran on i missed it and the pc rebooted and now i see popup window say: Your computer had a memory problem. But not any more information.

What should i do now? Ill take t he pc to the lab but before it is there anything i can do to see fid or fix the problem?

Thanks.

Answer

A:

Memory management issue with an unknown type. This looks like your RAM is damaged. And you already run the diagnostic tool and got errors. So, replace the RAM.
