Error 1158 AOE III War Chiefs

Hey, I recently bought Age of Empires III Complete collection and I've been getting error 1158 over and over again when trying to install the War Chiefs expansion. I scoured the internet for a solution, yet, no dice. I have a Genuine Windows 7 OS and I was wondering if this could be the problem.

I would suggest you to install the game in Windows Vista compatibility mode and check if that helps. Refer the following link to install the program in compatibility mode.
