From another post on this forum (regarding a different game with the same issue):
"'wing32.dll' this helped with one game when the wing32.dll file was actually in the 'wing' folder on the game disc:
"explore the games cd (or image) and go to the "wing" folder and copy the wing32.dll file and place it in either your (1) Games installation folder (where the exe file to run the game is), or if that doesn't work then try (2) windows system32 folder and in
the syswow64 folder."
You may wanna have a read of this about 3/4 of the way down the page - http://cwg2.multiply.com/journal/item/13 but I guess that depends on if you trust them? I know nothing about the
site, sorry.
