I can no longer play downloaded and purchased games from MSN games/Oberon Media.  The game opens for about 3 minutes then exits to Desktop.  A new game I purchased and downloaded has this error for Build-a-lot on Vacation

I have contacted everyone from the PC manufacturer, MSN, Windows and Oberon Media.  No one has been able to help and I am stuck with many games that do not work.  Please help.

1.      Did you make any changes to your computer?

2.      Does this issue occur only with the particular game?

I would suggest you to follow the Methods and check.

Method 01:

Method 2:
I would also suggest you to disable Windows Firewall temporarily and check if you are able to play the game.
Note: Later re-enable Windows Firewall after checking.
