X:\ is not accesible. An unexpected network error occurred.

While accessing the network drives at least 1 person a day gets disconnected from the drives. Although all the rest of the computers still have connectivity to the server the one client does not. This same client can still work on the computer and reach the internet. When I try to open the drives it gives this error " x:\ is not accessible. An unexpected network error occurred." I can delete the drive but then I cannot remap it. Says "Windows cannot access \\Server. The server is running windows Server 2003 R2. The client computers are all running Windows 7 Professional. A few weeks ago we got new desktops with Windows 7 Pro. When I restart the computer all the network drives are mapped and working. This usually works for a few hours until someone then gets disconnected. The computers are connected to the server by using a domain.

I cant figure out why it would be doing this?
