Turning Off 'Libraries' in Windows 7

I don't care for the Libraries feature and I would like to not use it. How can I disable it or turn it off?

Actually, the "library" concept can be quite useful, particularly if
you have similar data file types stored across multiple drives or
partitions, and is easy enough to ignore, if you don't happen to have a
use for it at the moment.
