SHW32.dll file is missing

  Trying to load an older program that works on my other windows 7 laptop and says this file is missing

Shw32.dll is not a Windows file. 

It appears to be related to SmartHeap, which may be from Musiclab or MicroQuill.  This has been identified as a "Potentially Unwanted Program" (PUP) by some researchers:  https://www.reasoncoresecurity.com/shw32.dll-2b766c5b4b4607e72320d4af6a049d5e72bcf975.aspx

Although I haven't been able to find much information about "SmartHeap," it appears to be some sort of memory management tool that's probably incorporated in various applications.  That is, it's likely not something you would have downloaded/installed deliberately, but rather is a part of something else that you installed.
