New Folder option not working and right click new folder option missing.

"New folder" option in windows 7 explorer does nothing when selected.  Right click menu does not have a "new folder" option.  Can some one help me?

Do, or did you have Chrome installed? It appears a Chrome update, (circa mid April, 2013), is responsible. Here are two fixes.

Tip: When you save the text to Notepad, the default file format is .txt. Change it to All Files.
