My Windows 7 computer currently files all my picture and videos in Dropbox. How can I change this happening?

My Windows 7 computer and my Samsung mobile phone are currenty linked to Dropbox and they both automatically send all my pictures and videos that I save onto this computer and the pictures I take on my mobile to Dropbox.  The problem being that Dropbox fills up, particularly with video content that I had saved onto the computer.  I have moved the video content back onto the computer but how can I prevent the files being placed on Dropbox.   There used to be a File Association tool on the old windows but I cannot find it on Windows 7.

Any ideas
