How do I search through a folder for a 3 word phrase in Windows 7?

How do i search through a folder for a 3 word phrase in windows 7? there are lots of different files in the folder.

Note to microsoft, why is this difficult?  It wasnt difficult in previous versions of windows.

Go to the folder and enter the 3 word phrase in quotes in the search box (without the quotes it will find the 3 word phrase but will also find other files in the folder that have the 3 words anywhere in the file).  If that isn't working for you check what your indexing options are set to.  Type "Indexing Options" (without the quotes)  in Search programs and files box immediately above the the start button.
