How do I search for "Mail (32-bit)" (Control Panel) From the Start Menu?

I would like to be able to hit the Start Button and Type Mail, and then be able to open up the Control Panel Item "Mail (32-bit)"

Currently when I click start and type in Mail I only find items in my Downloads section, but Control Panel isn't listed at all. When I open Control Panel and type out "Mail" I see the Mail (32-bit) item.

As an alternative, go to Control panel then change the View by [in the top right-hand area] from the Categories view to either Large icons or Small icons

By doing this, the Mail entry will always appear when you open Control panel in future.

You can, if you wish, right-click on the Mail entry & select Create a shortcut.  This is put onto your Desktop but you can then move it somewhere else more convenient for you.
