Error 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect. When extracting a zipped file.

I am using Windows 7. I received a zipped pdf file in my internet email.  I downloaded it to a folder.  I then right-clicked and selected Extract All.  I then got this error message: 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

Hey, I'm trying to copy a movie into my  mobile phone.. every time it reaches the finish it gives me that same error "Error 0x80070057 The Parameter is incorect "

Not helpful...I searched the above form and did not find anything useful. Can you guys helps out here with a possible solution.. this is problem is really getting onto my nerves now.
