'Error 0x80004005: Unspecified Error', in Windows 7, while renaming 'New Folder'

Hi There, I've Windows 7 in my PC and whenever I create a 'New Folder' and try to rename it, I'm getting 'Error 0x80004005: Unspecified Error'. If I press 'Try Again' option given in the error message, then the new name is accepted. Is it a common issue or my Windows is corrupted? Ta
