After installing Windows 7, I get a message ARMT - the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable

AFTER INSTALLING WINDOWS 7 I GET A MESSAGE ARMT - THE FEATURE YOU ARE TRYING TO USE IS ON A NETWORK RESOURCE THAT IS UNAVAILABLE.  IT GIVES TWO ALTERNATE PATHS THAT BOTH DON'T WORK BUT WINDOWS KEEPS TRYING TO CONFIGURE AMRT.  I HAVE TO CLOSE THE MESSAGES 2-3 TIMES BEFORE IT GOES AWAY.  IT IS ALWAYS A MESSAGE WHEN I START UP.  WHERE DO I FIND THIS FILE WHATEVER IT IS FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Let’s try a clean boot to see if we can isolate the problem. You may also want to run

Sfc scan and boot scan. Please let us know what happens.
