Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Thumbnails in Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit

I have Adobe Photoshop 7.0 installed on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit. I would
like to be able to see the thumbnail icons for *.psd and other Photoshop
files like I was with Windows XP. Is there something extra that I need to do
that didn't get done automatically when I installed it? I know that Adobe
Photoshop is a little bit old in comparison to Windows 7, but it didn't give
me any complaints when I installed it, and it hasn't given me any problems
since I installed it, so I would think that if it could show me the
thumbnails in previous versions of Windows, it would be able to in Windows 7
as well. Any ideas? Thanks.

I believe that there is a way of doing this from within windows.  For I have some thumbnails that show, and others that are icons, even within the same folder.  (Unfortunatley, I cannot recreate how I discovered the solution).  Interestingly enough, this is not a problem for Macs.

Probably the easiest Windows solution is to simply use Adobe Bridge for viewing photos.
