Two things come to mind, the first being file association and the second being a repair installation.
· Navigate to a Word Document
· Right click the document
Choose default program…
· Navigate to the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office folder
· Open the
Office folder (for Office 2007 its Office12, your number will be different)
· Make sure the
always use the selected program to open this kind of file box is checked
