Keyboard shortcut for a hook

I need to know how to type a hook on both side: << [ >> & << ] >>.

You'll need to be a bit clearer in your request.

You obviously typed the "square brackets" (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bracket) in your question, so under what circumstances are you not able to type them?

On a standard U.S. keyboard, the bracket keys are immediately to the right of the P key:

Lower case gives left and right square brackets.  Upper case gives left and right curly braces.

If you have a non-U.S. keyboard or a non-standard keyboard, they may be in a different location or they may be missing altogether.

To ASCII keyboard shortcut for the symbol "[" is Alt+91 and for the symbol "]" the keyboard shortcut is Alt+93.

Correct ... but ONLY on the numeric keypad (you can't use the number keys at the top of the keyboard for this).

First, thanks for you help. Now, here is a picture of my keyboard. It is set in english (US) and unfortunatly, I am unable to type the symbols with your combination. What do you suggest me to do?
