instead of getting a question mark i get É HOW DO I CHANGE IT!!
there are red letters and blue letters on some keys the blue include question mark, commas, backslashes, and such and all im getting is red keys like: éÉ ùù i cant figure out how to change it

Has this just started happening? If so, you may have inadvertently changed the language. Look in the bottom right corner of the taskbar to check the language that your computer has set (e.g. EN). If it's incorrect, you should be able to click on this language notifier and select the correct one.
