I have Windows 7 Starter with 4GB of memory. When I check system properties it shows only 2GB usable. Why? Also, how do I change the wallpaper?

1) i am using windows 7 startar. I have 4 GB RAM in my Laptop (Lenovo G560) but in system properties it shows 4 GB RAM (2 GB usable). is only 2 GB usable?

2) Is there any way to change its Wallpaper.

You can pay about 80.00 u.s. to use windows anytime upgrade to Home premium, which is the best option,

Click your start button and click on computer,

Click on System properties on the top left,

Click on the link, Get more feature with a new version of windows.
