I accidently rotated my screen 90 degrees, how do i return it to normal.?

playing a game i somehow turned my desktop screen sideways i now have to turn my head sideways to operate my computer,getting terrible stiff neck,

Hi,

Right Click blank area of Desktop - Graphics Options - Rotation

CTRL + ALT + Arrow key also rotates it.

Ctrl + Alt +Arrow (up), Ctrl + Alt + Arrow (down), Ctrl + Alt + Arrow (left), and also Ctrl + Alt + Arrow (right)

Rotate Screen
 
1. Right click on your Desktop
2. Click Screen Resolution
3. Under Orientation change the setting
4. Click OK
