How to enable horizontal scroll bar in Windows 7 explorer ??

Hi everyone !! I use Windows 7 Ultimate (32bit). I was wondering if someone could tell me how to bring back the automatic horizontal scroll feature in windows explorer. I know Microsoft has removed this feature because a lots of people reported this as annoying. But I find this good and more over in Windows 7 there is no horizontal scroll bar also. So if I have a deep tree srtucture sometime it become imposible to see that from explore pannel. Expanding the explore pannel is not a good solution. I was wondering if there is a registry tweak or something like that so that I can get back that featues. I have already tried those "Navigation pane" options. Although this horizontal features is not completely removed from Windows 7. It is still present in "All programs" menu. Any kind of help to solve this problem will be much appreciated.

There is no way to change the behavior of this item in the Navigation Pane, that I am aware of?

If you feel this is an important issue, you can tell Microsoft about it.
