Windows 10 upgrade will affect my recovery partition?  and if not can windows 10 read hp recovery partition so i can install drivers and software in the recovery partition witch originally came with my laptop

The recovery partition will become inoperable after upgrading to Windows 10 but it will be available. Yes, you can read them if you want. If you do rollback to your previous version of Windows, it will be available again.
