Hey there Zaf87 :)

Is the card recognized in Device Manager, Disk Management and File Explorer?

Do you have all your latest OS and driver updates? Can you access the card on another computer?

Could you please post a screenshot of the way the card is seen in Disk Management and if you are getting any error message when trying to open it.

What device did it come out of ?

I'd try to put it back into the device and connect the device and see if it shows up under This PC as a named device that it is camera....

Otherwise you'd have to install the sd card reader driver for the laptop "sounds like" from the computer manufactures website in the Help and support section for your model machine.

This KB should give you quite a lot of information regarding Windows 10 updates.

I don't think I understood you correctly. Did you mean that when the SD card is in the laptop itself then you can see the photos, but when you take it out you can't see them anymore? Did you transfer the images to the laptop from the SD card? You would need to mark all of them and then copy/paste them in a folder that is located in your laptop's storage drive.

Open Control Panel > Autoplay, where you can choose what happens when you insert a card with image files on it.

Hey, thanks from me too for the update.

Transferring them directly from your camera with a cable is an easy workaround for this.

Do post back if you have other questions or if you face any issues. :)
