Refund for Minecraft

Hi, 

  I am requesting a refund for Minecraft for Windows 10, after I done the first 4 steps, the button for refund is not appearing. Is Minecraft able to refund?

As stated in the support article, if you don’t see Request a return option, your purchase may not be eligible for a refund. To confirm this, I advise that you get in contact with our Microsoft Support team for possible options regarding your purchase.

Hi Zhuo,

If your game was purchased within the last couple weeks, you should be able to request a refund.

Sign into your MS account - account.microsoft.com - Payment and Billing - Order History - Find the app you want a refund for and there should be a “request a refund” option.
