My windows 10 tiles is crashing and grey

Sorry for the delay in response.

I suggest you to run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter and check if it helps.

a) Press Windows and X key together and select Control Panel.

b) Click on Troubleshooting.

c) Click onView all option on the left side of the Windows.

d) Click on Windows Store apps option.

e) Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

If the issue persists, try to re-register Windows Store and check if it helps.

1. Press Windows Key + X key together.
2. Select Command Prompt (Admin).
3. At the command prompt, enter the following command, and then press Enter:

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
