Error 0x80240013 in Windows Store when updating and installing some apps

Can't update or install some apps from MS Store on my Windows 10 PC. My PC is fully updated and has all the latest patches and hotfixes. Those two apps given in the screenshots just would not update and Wallpapers Studio 10 just would not install with the same error.

Sometimes a simple recycle the power will fix many problems.  Yes, I tried different troubleshooting steps.  Nothing worked, so I shutdown the system and in the morning I boot the machine up and tried the updates.  The error message went away and apps installed without any errors.

Yeah! I have tried every solution I can find here before posting here. And those two apps just aren't updating and I can't install Wallpaper Studio 10 anymore. I had it on my pc, I uninstalled it to see if I can reinstall it or not. And now it wouldn't even install either and returns the same error code. There are other apps that are updating and installing as you can see from the screenshot provided below. But for some reason, these two, would not update.

I have the same problem with my laptop. I have tried to reboot the computer several times, but the error message does not go away.

I have also run the troubleshooter whitout any luck.

I have exactly the same issue. Still no avail. Thinking of formatting the laptop.

Since I had this trouble on a brand new laptop, the solution was to do a complete reinstall of windows OS. After that, the updates downloaded as normal on the windows store. Luckily, this also deleted most of freeware preinstalled on the laptop, and it now runs as a clean computer.

same here.

none of the solution is working.

restart machine many times, reset with windows app troubleshooter still nothing happen.
