cant get apps in windows store

when I click on get for any app in windows store it doesn't get it and the page reloads

what should I do?

This is a known issue. Signing in and out of the Store app using top right button should fix this.

Current bug in the store try this.
Go to store click your account in the top right and select sign out.
Close store.
Reopen store go to app you want and click on to get it will ask you to sign in.
This should hopefully fix the problem.

Hello,

Try resetting Store app. Run following command in administrative Windows PowerShell:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Hi Anshul, a lot of users are reporting problems with the Store app in version 1803!

Open the Windows Store

Click your User Icon and choose Sign out

Search for an App you want to download and click 'Get'

Sign back into your Account

Can you now download that App?
