Method 1:

Try doing Windows Store reset and check if it helps or not:

  1. Press Windows key+ R for run command to appear.
  2. Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

It will help you clean the Store cache, then check if it’s working or not.

Method 2:

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

We would request you to try the steps mentioned and try the link if the steps fail and get back if you still face the issue.

  • Press Windows Key + Q, type powershell and select Windows PowerShell from the results, right click over it and choose Run as administrator.
  • Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  • Once the command is successfully executed, you can close Windows PowerShell and reboot the machine. After restarting the system, problems with apps on your Windows should be fixed.

If not try the steps mentioned in the link

Microsoft-store-gives-error-code

Hope this information helps.

It seems MS Windows Store does not work in all Countries, therefore you should change country (to USA, UK,...) under Regional Setting, it works.

Hi Godwinmunyama,

We appreciate your time and efforts to get back to us with the status of the issue.

As you have tried the most of the troubleshooting steps including PowerShell commands, I suggest you to create new user account and check if you are able to access the Windows store. This way we can try to isolate the issue if the user account files got corrupted.

Refer to the below link on how to create the new user account.

Set up accounts

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows-10/getstarted-set-up-accounts

After creating new user account, try to check if you are able to access the Windows store.

I hope the above information helps. Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance with the issue. We are glad to assist you.

Thank you.
