Windows 10 Store cant connect to the internet

I am using a Dell Latitude with Windows 10. My Windows cant apparently connect to the internet while my browser works fantastically. the error code is Code: 0x80072EE7 and i dunno a CV also shows up CV: rfJ8eetJsEWbAFzp. I need help here because I cant use any apps from the Store, like Modern Combat 5, Instagram, Roblox all these apps also cant connect to the internet either.I uninstalled every app in hopes of fixing the Store so.....Please Help.

Update: Just noticed that the CV changes everytime.

I ran that trouble shooter earlier too this is what came up

Windows Store Cache may be damaged.

Thank you for posting back. Since that you're getting an error message, we're going to perform a clear cache on Windows store. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Windows Store clear cache:

  • Right-click Start.
  • Choose Run.
  • Type WSReset.exe, then press Enter.

I opened it at first it did nothing then it opened the Store which still cant connect..........

Here's what happened

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

This means that you do not have any missing or corrupted system files.

so this also didn't work

and yeah do I need to do the More Information too?

The Feedback hub also doesnt work -_-

I pressed Add a Feedback then it started loading.....its been 10 mins since.......
