Windows Media Center Pack = No Windows DVD Player App

I purchased Windows Media Center Pack directly from Microsoft (see screenshot).  And I have read this pin

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_apps-insider_other/getting-the-windows-dvd-player-app/6c94b519-8b05-462e-a864-b7ad67d5c834?tm=1438117403084

I have upgraded directly from Windows 8 Pro with Windows Media Center installed, but no matter how many times I tell Windows 10 to update... I have never been given a copy of Windows DVD Player App.

Thank you for this 1ApplePC.

I've just had a fruitless online chat with MS about this.  On June 23 I paid for Windows Media Center for my new laptop running Windows 8.1 Pro.  However because my Windows 10 upgrade went badly wrong (I had to do a clean install THREE times to get it to work), I wasn't given it for free.  MS support just batted me away and gave me a lecture saying it was my fault for not understanding the "upgrade path".

So thank you for fixing my issue without any more frustration.
