“Why did my PC Restart?” endless loop

Hello all! I have recently resetted a  Acer Aspire 3 Laptop from a Windows Insider Preview (Dev Channel) update and I already found a problem. It keeps looping the “Why did my pc restart?” Dialog. I connect to wifi and it says just a moment... BAM restart it says it again, BAM restarts. Can someone please tell me why my pc keeps restarting?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I'm not sure if you already have tried this but I do not want to miss important troubleshooting steps. To narrow down the source of the problem, please start Windows in Safe mode. Follow the steps here:

See if you will have the same problem on Safe mode.

No, it did not fix it instead it said that windows can’t finish installation in safe mode
