Running Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation - cannot upgrade or activate after trail period, error: 0XC004FC07

I am not allowed to upgrade or insert an activation code, the error code Im getting in the config activation panel is this:

When trying to upgrade from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 I get this:

What can I do to solve this loop?

As noted, you can't upgrade from the Windows 10 Enterprise 90 day trial to a commercial release such as Windows 10 Home or Pro. You will need to download the ISO then perform a clean install. Learn how:

Evals cannot be upgraded to regular versions.  You will need to re-install
