Ignore it. Windows doesn't alert that way.
Immediately close it with Task Manager and then go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/products/scanner
Download the Scanner and run a full scan.
This should remove any malware that might have been left behind.
Then immediately update your antivirus and get back to us.
