Microsoft Store Download Stuck

I'm trying to update a game on the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10, however once it reaches the downloading phase, it just sits there and does nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Adam,

Is it just one game, or anything from the App Store.

If you go into settings - apps - microsoft store - you can reset the store. This may help.

Let me know if it’s only the game or anything from the store and we’ll move forward!

Run the script that clears everything being downloaded currently.

Make sure you run the script as an administrator.
