I had to watch several times, but the instructions for the flash drive comes before the DVD or burning one.

Can you tell us more about what you are experiencing? What are you attempting to do it that causes this behavior?

If I understand this correctly, the MCT will put an .iso file directly onto the flash drive, which is bootable on any windows ready PC.  OR, do I have to make the flash drive bootable first?  And will I have to reformat it from NTFS to FAT32, or will the MCT do that automatically?  I say that because I am told only FAT32 flash drives are bootable for Windows.  Also, most new computers have UEFI firmware.  Would be good if the tutorial showed how to handle that.

It would be helpful if you found someone else to do the audio. This audio was almost impossible to follow. At least visual instruction were provided on the slides otherwise this video file would have been of little to no value to someone with less than perfect hearing. Sorry.

This is just rich, Microsoft... I waited online for a tech chat and then spent around 20/30 minutes while the agent was doing whatever, no instructions came through the support chat because, y'know..., you're trying to sell services instead of help people, and, once I'm thinking I might be close to success because I was hopeful the tech agent would be giving me some rock-solid ideas/information on how to resolve my issue, what happens is I receive an e-mail with useless, vague information that is strewn all over your support pages. I mean, these are supposed to be tech pages and I keep running into articles that are vague in their instruction, incomplete, or didn't really address the problem at all. Y'all really need to revise everything in the FAQs/tech repository because it's the least microsoft can do after selling shoddy software. Windows Defender is garbage and missed over two hundred hits; only found one, or two, while Malwarebytes found over two hundred... 'Going to Linux, soon...

Why are you so angry? Take it easy. There are a lot of possibilities in different position on Microsoft and also on others tech. Magazines. (for examples: techradar or Windows Help&Advice) Bay the way, I make good experience with Defender.
