getting error code 0xc7700100 when upgrading 8.1 pro with media center to Windows 10 pro?

I'm getting the above code when trying to complete the upgrade to windows 10 ( I assume pro version); that got interrupted when our power went out.

Tried to continue from the error but it keeps circling back to this error. I did a search on Bing but got no results about the error.

I'd really like to get this upgrade done so I can install MS Office.

Any ideas what I need to do?
