Errors in installing Windows 10 error code 0X800F0830 -0X20003 on top Windows 7
Have twice tried to install Windows 10. I get the same message have no idea what it means, where do I go from here. Windows 7 was having update problems with Internet Explorer 11, I down loaded a newer, hopefully, version of 11 and the update errors
stopped, there were constant retrys of update failures.

Try upgrading, but choose the option 'Keep personal files, settings and apps'
When making significant changes to your computer such as updating the operating system, you should always backup.
See links to resources about backing up by clicking the link for the respective version of Windows you are running:
Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1
Disable General USB Devices (example - Smart Card Reader).
If you are using a SCSI hard disk, make sure you have drivers available for your storage device on a thumdrive and it is connected. During Windows 10 setup, click the Custom Advanced Option and use the Load Driver command to load the appropriate driver
for the SCSI drive. If this does not work and setup still fails, consider switching to a IDE based hard disk.
Thanks for the response. Does the information match what the error message indicates or is the message too general. I continue to have update problems with Internet Explorer Security updates on 7, I have done what the system error tells me, no luck. I believe
that this is some how related to the Windows 10 install as it is updating at the time of failure just a few percentage from completion, as it does. Is there someway to stop the constant update attempts always in the middle of my work
